Applications are open until August 28, 2026, for beginner-level consultant positions supporting the capital's RDCpass pilot.
The Ministry of Digital Economy has opened applications for 50 RDCpass Registration and Citizen Support Agents who will work with residents during the digital-identity programme's pilot phase in Kinshasa.
According to the official RDCpass careers portal, applications opened on August 24 and will close on August 28, 2026. The positions are listed as beginner-level consultant roles based in Kinshasa, and young graduates are encouraged to apply.
The new agents will serve as the first point of contact for citizens at registration sites. Their responsibilities will include welcoming and directing applicants, explaining RDCpass in clear language, helping people complete the registration process, following established procedures, protecting personal information and reporting difficulties encountered in the field.
Selected candidates will receive training before their deployment in Kinshasa.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a State Diploma or another officially recognised equivalent qualification.
Have a good command of French and be able to conduct a simple conversation in Lingala.
