Who Can Apply?

Engen DRC has published clear eligibility requirements for the 2026 programme.

  • Hold a BAC+5 qualification or equivalent

  • Have completed university with an academic result of at least 65%

  • Have obtained their degree within the two years preceding the call for applications

  • Be bilingual in French and English

  • Have good computer skills

  • Be a resident of Kinshasa or Grand Katanga

For this first edition, Engen DRC says the programme is open only to residents of Kinshasa and Grand Katanga. Applicants living elsewhere should not assume they qualify unless they satisfy that requirement.
