Britney Spears has announced that she will no longer perform in the United States, citing what she described as “extremely sensitive reasons.”

The pop star shared the statement in an Instagram post on Thursday night, saying she does not plan to return to American stages. While she did not elaborate on the specific reasons behind the decision, Spears made it clear that her stance is firm regarding future U.S. performances.

Despite ruling out shows in the United States, Spears indicated she remains open to performing internationally. She teased potential performances in the United Kingdom and Australia, suggesting they could take place “very soon.” Spears also revealed that her son may be involved, praising him as “a huge star” and expressing pride in his musical abilities.

The singer did not specify which of her sons she was referring to, though she has previously spoken publicly about her younger son, Jayden James, and his interest in music. Spears has spent time reconnecting with him over the past year, including celebrating Christmas together.

In the same post, Spears addressed her frequently discussed Instagram dance videos, explaining that dancing helps her heal physically and emotionally. She said the videos are part of her personal recovery process and a way to move forward after past trauma.

Spears has not announced any official tour dates or performance schedules at this time.
