According to The Sun Nigeria, the popular Nigerian dancer and hypeman, whose real name is Iweh Odinaka, remains in custody after Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed five sexual offence charges against him.
The charges include one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration.
Poco Lee has not been convicted of any offence, and the allegations remain before the court. His next appearance is scheduled for September 15, 2026, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
A reporting restriction has also been imposed to protect the identity of the complainant.
Poco Lee had been in the UK around the time of the Davido and Friends event at Crystal Palace Bowl on August 14. There is no established connection between that concert and the charges before the court.
His management has urged the public not to treat the allegations as proof of guilt and has called for the judicial process to be allowed to continue without speculation.
