The report also records an undertaking to address other outstanding matters. Adalo, however, said the response did not resolve the vacancy condition or the disputed treatment of senior directors. This earlier correspondence should not be confused with a settlement ending the strike. Punch’s report published on 8 October said the FCTA had not publicly reacted to the strike declaration by its publication deadline.
