Taylor Swift awarded more than $197m in bonuses to Eras Tour crew members, a gesture captured in her Disney+ docuseries.

Taylor Swift has rewarded members of her Eras Tour crew with more than $197 million in bonuses following the conclusion of the record-breaking global tour.

The gesture is featured in the Disney+ docuseries Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour/The End of an Era, which documents the final stages of the 21-month tour. The production spanned 149 shows across 21 countries and reportedly generated about $2 billion in ticket sales, making it the highest-grossing tour in music history.

In the series, Swift is shown addressing her crew in a group setting, thanking them for their endurance and commitment throughout the demanding tour schedule. She highlighted the collective effort behind the tour’s success before asking crew members to open messages placed on their vehicles, revealing the bonuses.

Swift, who has previously been recognized for compensating tour staff generously, had earlier awarded $100,000 bonuses to her truck drivers during the tour’s early stages.

The Eras Tour marked a major milestone in Swift’s career, celebrating her full catalogue while setting new commercial benchmarks for live music.
