Flytime Promotions has unveiled its December concert schedule in Lagos, headlined by major Nigerian music stars including Flavour, Asake and Davido, as the long-running Rhythm Unplugged concert series returns alongside Flytime Fest.
According to the organisers, Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged is scheduled to hold on December 21 at the Eko Convention Centre, with Rema confirmed as the headlining act. He will be joined by guest performers such as Central Cee, Moliy, Shallipopi, Odumodublvck and BXN.
The event will be followed immediately by Flytime Fest, which runs from December 22 to December 25 at the same venue. The four-day indoor festival will feature headline performances from Flavour, Olamide, Asake and Davido across multiple nights.
Flytime’s December calendar also includes a series of complementary events, beginning with a TAPE London pop-up from December 12, hosted in partnership with Rich Hospitality. Other activities include Flytime’s House of R&B on December 19, featuring veteran R&B duo Total and DJ Kid Capri, as well as a private Women Leading Music gathering scheduled for December 20.
Founded in 2004, Rhythm Unplugged is recognised as West Africa’s longest-running concert series, having staged more than 70 shows across Nigerian cities such as Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Ibadan and Jos. Over the years, the platform has featured a wide range of artists including Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Rema, Adekunle Gold, Simi and several international acts.
Flytime Fest was introduced in 2017 as an expansion of the Rhythm Unplugged brand and is widely regarded as Nigeria’s first multi-day indoor music festival. Its past line-ups have included Tems, Tiwa Savage, Ayra Starr, Megan Thee Stallion, Boyz II Men, Bobby Brown and Bell Biv DeVoe.
Flytime Promotions founder and chief executive officer, Cecil Hammond, said the company remains committed to providing high-quality live music experiences in Nigeria while supporting the growth of African artists on the global stage. He noted that the December events are designed to offer safe, world-class production standards for both local and international audiences.
Flytime Promotions chief operating officer, Keke Hammond, described the company’s two-decade journey as one focused on building sustainable infrastructure for Nigeria’s music and creative industries. She added that while Flytime plans to expand globally from 2026, the immediate priority is delivering a memorable end-of-year experience for audiences in Lagos.
Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged and Flytime Fest are supported by sponsors including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Providus Bank, Martell, Premier Lotto, Desperados, Road14 Studios, MagicLine Films and Cene.
