Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has stated that she has no plans to marry again, saying her experience in her current marriage has left her “traumatised.” Daniels made the remark while responding to a fan who asked whether she would consider marrying someone closer to her age.

Her comment follows months of public scrutiny surrounding her relationship with her husband, politician Ned Nwoko. Their private disagreements became public in October after a viral video showed Daniels in tears, alleging domestic assault. Nwoko denied the allegations and claimed the actress was struggling with drug and alcohol misuse.

Daniels later acknowledged using hard drugs but accused Nwoko of enabling the behaviour as a form of manipulation. The dispute led to widespread online debate and further attention on the couple’s relationship.

When asked by a fan if she might marry again, the actress dismissed the idea, responding, “Nopeee, traumatised with that institution.”
