In his inspirational speech during the grand opening ceremony at the University of Ghana Stadium, President Akufo-Addo emphasized the Games as a beacon of hope, embodying the continent's rich heritage and collective ambitions. The ceremony was a kaleidoscope of cultures, with delegations from nations stretching from Ghana to Ethiopia, and Tunisia to South Africa, parading in a dazzling display of solidarity and national pride.
