DJ Pius will headline a Valentine’s Eve concert in Portland, Maine, marking his birthday and celebrating Rwandan music abroad.

Rwandan DJ and music producer Rukaabuza Rickie, professionally known as DJ Pius, is set to perform in the United States at a special concert marking his birthday.

The event, titled “Love & Lights – Valentine’s Eve Experience,” is scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026, at AURA Nightclub in Portland, Maine. The concert will coincide with Valentine’s Day celebrations and is expected to attract members of the Rwandan diaspora and fans of African music.

DJ Pius said the choice of Portland reflects his intention to connect with Rwandans living in the area while sharing his birthday with supporters of his music.

The concert will feature DJ Afrellie and is being organized by Innox Entertainment. The organizers said the event is part of ongoing efforts to promote Rwandan and East African music internationally and strengthen cultural ties among diaspora communities.

The music lineup is expected to include Afrobeat, Amapiano, Dancehall, and contemporary Rwandan sounds. The show forms part of DJ Pius’ broader international performance schedule as he continues to expand his presence outside Rwanda.
