Nigerian music star Davido has signaled the possibility of holding a second concert date in Kigali after tickets for his 5 December 2025 show sold out shortly after release.

The singer shared the update on his Instagram page, posting an image confirming that all tickets for the Kigali performance had been purchased. He then hinted at the potential addition of another show, writing, “Kigali, tickets sold out. Should we add a second day?”

The teaser was met with excitement from fans who missed the chance to secure tickets for the first date, with many urging the artist to schedule an additional performance.

However, sources told IGIHE that while Davido’s team is open to adding a second show, local organisers have not yet approved the idea, noting that such a decision requires careful consideration.

Davido is scheduled to perform in Kigali on 5 December 2025, sharing the stage with artists including Kitoko, Ariel Wayz, Kid From Kigali, Logan Joe, Kevin Klein, DJ Toxxyk and DJ Marnaud.

The concert will serve as part of the rollout for his upcoming album “5Ive,” a 17-track project featuring collaborations with Chris Brown, Omah Lay, Shenseea, Musa Keys, Tay C, Dadju and others.

Davido last performed in Rwanda in 2023 during the Trace Awards & Festival and the Giants of Africa events.
