Nigerian social-media personality Blessing CEO has been granted ₦20 million bail in her trial over an alleged ₦69.15 million property transaction.
The Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja granted the bail on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The court also imposed travel restrictions and ordered the Nigerian Immigration Service to be notified.
Blessing CEO, whose full name is Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, has pleaded not guilty to two charges involving obtaining money by false pretence and stealing.
The bail ruling does not mean she has been acquitted. It allows her to remain outside custody if she meets the court’s conditions while the case continues.
Blessing CEO bail: What the court decided
Justice Rahman Oshodi granted Blessing CEO bail in the sum of ₦20 million with two responsible sureties in the same amount.
According to The Punch, each surety must provide either a three-year bank statement or evidence of a fixed deposit worth at least ₦20 million.
The court also directed that Blessing CEO and the sureties be profiled through the Lagos State Judiciary’s Bail Information Management System.
During the bail hearing, the court asked about her international passport. Her lawyer said it had been lost and submitted an affidavit of loss and public notices relating to the missing document.
Justice Oshodi then ordered that the Nigerian Immigration Service be informed of the travel restrictions placed on Blessing CEO while the trial remains pending.
