Bwiza meets Rwanda’s Ambassador in Mozambique, Amb. Col. (Rtd) Donat Ndamage, to discuss her project to plant 200,000 fruit trees and her music career.

Bwiza, who is currently in Mozambique for a vacation, visited the Rwandan Embassy on November 26, 2024. She met with Rwanda’s Ambassador to Mozambique, Amb. Col. (Rtd) Donat Ndamage, and discussed her environmental project called #Igitimurugo, which aims to plant 200,000 fruit trees. This initiative is designed to protect the environment and fight malnutrition.


Bwiza expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome from the ambassador. She said,

“It was an honor to be hosted by Rwanda’s Ambassador in Mozambique, Amb. Col. (Rtd) Donat Ndamage, at his office in Maputo. I appreciate his support for my project #Igitimurugo and the assistance he promised from Rwandans living here.”

Since November 24, 2024, Bwiza has been in Mozambique, visiting family members who live there. While on her trip, she also discussed music-related topics with the ambassador. Her latest song, Best Friend, featuring The Ben, is trending and has gained significant attention.
