South Africa Wants to Start Direct Flights to Russia says Mzuvukile Jeff Maqetuka

The Republic of South Africa (RSA) is interested in launching direct flights with Russia. On November 10, the republic's ambassador to Moscow, Mzuvukile Jeff Maketuka, stated this to journalists.
“We maintain great interest in launching direct flights with Russia,” TASS quotes the diplomat as saying.
Earlier, on October 25, Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Waldrak Ludwing Jentzke Whitaker announced the country's readiness to resume direct flights between Moscow and Managua. He indicated readiness to accept direct flights as soon as possible.
Earlier, on October 23, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vladimir Poteshkin spoke at the ICAN-2024 forum about Russian airlines' preparations to resume air traffic with Malaysia. According to him, the decision to start flights will depend on tourists' interest and carriers' economic feasibility.
