Posters of Goodluck Jonathan in Kano spark Attention about his 2027 election plans

Posters of Goodluck Jonathan in Kano spark buzz about his 2027 election plans under Team New Nigeria (TNN), a bold new platform aiming to challenge the APC.

The former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan

Posters of former President Goodluck Jonathan have appeared across Kano, hinting at a possible run in the 2027 general elections. The posters showcase a new political group, Team New Nigeria (TNN), and have been spotted in key areas like the Kano State Government House, Audu Bako Secretariat, and Dangi Bridge.

TNN, a new political platform awaiting approval from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), claims a massive base of 26 million members. The party has declared its ambition to unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and change Nigeria’s political future.

The sudden appearance of Jonathan’s posters has sparked debates about his possible return to politics under this banner.

If confirmed, this move could shake up the political scene, as TNN positions itself as a serious alternative to the APC and President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Though neither Jonathan nor his team has commented on the posters, their bold presence is already stirring interest and speculation about what’s next for Nigerian politics.
