Wizkid reacts to Burna Boy and DJ Tunez clash as Nigerian DJs consider sanctions after Lagos altercation.

Nigerian music star Wizkid has reacted to the recent altercation involving Burna Boy and DJ Tunez, adding to the growing controversy within the entertainment industry.

The incident reportedly took place at Obi’s House in Lagos, where a confrontation between Burna Boy and DJ Tunez, popularly known as Ogbafia, escalated from a verbal exchange into a physical clash.

Following the development, Wizkid took to his official X (formerly Twitter) account to comment on the situation. In his post, he appeared to criticise Burna Boy, making indirect remarks that many observers linked to the clash.

Earlier, Burna Boy had shared a video of himself dancing to his song Money Constant, altering the lyrics in a manner widely interpreted as mocking DJ Tunez after the incident.

In response, the Nigerian DJ Association announced a temporary ban on Burna Boy’s songs, stating that the action would remain pending the outcome of an investigation into the altercation.

The situation has since drawn attention across the music industry, with fans and stakeholders monitoring potential implications for the artists involved.
