Selected South African Revenue Service branches are opening on Saturdays to help individual taxpayers submit their 2026 income-tax returns before the filing deadline.
SARS announced the extended service on 29 July 2026. The participating branches, dates and operating hours differ by province, so taxpayers must check the official schedule before travelling.
Most participating offices will open from 08:00 to 13:00. Selected North West branches will operate from 08:00 to 12:00.
The deadline for non-provisional individual taxpayers is 23 October 2026.
