SARS e@syFile Employer 2026: Beta and EMP501 Dates

SARS has opened its 2026 e@syFile Employer beta-testing period from 24 August to 11 September 2026. The test precedes the formal e@syFile release for the Employer Interim Reconciliation filing season in September.

The beta version is intended only for selected employers invited to participate. SARS has not published a public beta-download link; access details are being provided separately to approved testers.

The current SARS timetable lists the 2026 Employer Interim Reconciliation filing window as 21 September to 31 October 2026. It covers payroll information for the first six months of the 2027 tax year.

What is the e@syFile Employer beta test?

The beta period allows selected employers and payroll stakeholders to test changes before SARS releases the production version for the interim filing season.

• Source-code validation changes
