Ray J has been hospitalized after suffering a serious health setback during his ongoing legal dispute with ex-partner Kim Kardashian.


The 44-year-old R&B singer, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., was admitted to a hospital in Las Vegas after experiencing heart-related symptoms. Medical evaluations later confirmed that he had been diagnosed with severe pneumonia.
