Hewitt, 29, confirmed the birth through a post shared on Instagram, where she published photos of herself with Davidson and their newborn. In the caption, she wrote that their “beautiful little angel arrived on December 12, 2025,” marking the couple’s first experience as parents.

The couple named their daughter Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson. The name carries personal significance for Davidson, as “Scottie” honors his late father, Scott Davidson, a firefighter who died during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Hewitt described motherhood as the most meaningful experience of her life so far, expressing gratitude and joy following the birth. Davidson also reacted publicly, sharing a brief message that reflected his happiness as a new father.

Hewitt first revealed her pregnancy in July 2025, again via Instagram. Davidson later spoke about the news during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he said becoming a parent had long been one of his personal aspirations.
