Olakunle Churchill Denies Legal Marriage With Rosy Meurer

Businessman Olakunle Churchill has publicly denied claims that he was legally married to actress Rosy Meurer, describing widespread reports of a divorce as false and misleading.

In a statement shared via his Instagram page, Churchill clarified that there was no formal marriage between them. He stated that neither a court wedding nor a church ceremony took place, noting that their relationship only involved a traditional introduction.

According to him, the idea of a divorce does not hold, as there was no legally recognised union to dissolve. He urged the public to disregard the circulating reports.

Churchill also raised concerns about alleged legal proceedings linked to the claims, insisting that he was never served any court documents. He questioned the authenticity of such reports and the process behind them.

Addressing public narratives about Meurer’s role in his life, Churchill rejected suggestions that she played a significant supportive role during his personal challenges. He said such claims had been exaggerated.

The development follows renewed public attention after Meurer shared a recent Instagram video in which she appeared without Churchill’s surname or a wedding ring, describing her return as a “rebirth” and a new phase in her career.
