Nigerian record producer Ezeh Chisom, popularly known as Rexxie, has appealed for help following his arrest by Ugandan immigration authorities.

In a distressing update shared on his Instagram account in the early hours of Monday, March 11, Rexxie disclosed his detainment in Uganda, describing the situation as unjust. His plea for assistance was met with a variety of responses from the online community.

Amidst the mixed reactions, some individuals queried whether he had been in possession of any banned substances, while others suggested he seek aid from renowned Afrobeats artist Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid.

Rexxie's post read: “I’ve been arrested at the Ugandan 🇺🇬 immigration. PLS, I NEED HELP!! This is so unfair! HELP HELP HELP!!! #UgandaFreeRexxie.”

The incident has sparked considerable attention and dialogue among netizens regarding the circumstances of Rexxie's arrest.
