Mofoluwato Anidugbe Uthman, popularly known as Uthy Grind and brother to Nigerian music star Kizz Daniel, has entered the hospitality sector with the soft launch of UNDA Lounge in Lekki Phase 1.

The private event hosted close friends and family, offering an early look at the Caribbean-themed waterfront space. Anidugbe said the lounge stems from a long-held interest shaped by his experience in the entertainment industry.

“This is a passion project for me. I’ve always wanted to go into hospitality because I’m already very vast in the entertainment industry, and I feel hospitality and entertainment go hand in hand,” he said.

He added that UNDA was created to introduce a fresh concept to Lagos nightlife. Located at 8 Wole Olateju Street, the lounge features a waterside setting designed as a Caribbean-inspired social hub.

Anidugbe noted that affordability is central to the brand’s identity. UNDA plans to host live sessions, music listening events, celebrity performances, and art showcases. The space also includes an art gallery to enhance the guest experience.

The menu is centered on seafood, reflecting the name “UNDA,” which he said symbolizes life beneath the water.

The official launch is scheduled for December 17 and will feature notable performers, including Kizz Daniel.
