Candidates seeking admission into a Nigerian university, polytechnic, college of education or other tertiary institution should monitor the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board's Central Admissions Processing System, known as JAMB CAPS.
CAPS is where JAMB displays approved admission offers and allows candidates to respond. An offer shown only on a school's website is not enough if it has not been processed through CAPS.

To check your 2026 admission status:
Visit the official JAMB e-Facility login page.
Sign in with the email address and password linked to your JAMB profile.
Select Check Admission Status.
Choose 2026 as the examination year and enter your JAMB registration number if requested.
Select Access My CAPS.
