Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has opened up about major lifestyle changes aimed at improving his health, including quitting smoking, alcohol and adopting celibacy.
The artist, best known for his hit song “Oleku,” said the decisions are part of a broader effort to support his weight loss journey and overall well-being.
In a post shared on social media platform X, Ice Prince revealed he has completely stopped smoking and described the move as transformative.
“Quitting sex and cigarettes is by far the best decision I ever made in my life… Feeling unchained and saved,” he wrote.
He further disclosed that he has also cut out alcohol, soft drinks, energy drinks and bread from his routine for over a year.
According to the rapper, these lifestyle adjustments have significantly improved his health and given him a greater sense of control. He added that he intends to maintain the changes because of their positive impact on his well-being.
