Ishimwe Prince, popularly known as Darest from the music group Juda Muzik, married his partner Iradukunda A. Souvenir on December 7, 2025. The ceremony took place at Golden Garden in Rebero, featuring traditional rites and a wedding celebration before invited guests.

The wedding was attended by friends and fellow artists, including Knowless with Ishimwe Clement, Uncle Austin, Nel Ngabo, Platini, Andy Bumuntu, and Victor Rukotana.

Darest and Souvenir had legally married earlier on November 27, 2025, at a civil ceremony in Nyarugenge Sector. The couple’s relationship began after meeting at mutual friends’ gatherings, exchanging contacts, and building a close relationship.

Darest gained recognition as part of Juda Muzik alongside Mbaraga Alex, now known as Malo Junior, before the duo parted ways in 2023. In April 2025, Darest released the album Souvenir53, named after his fiancée in anticipation of their wedding.
