Chorale de Kigali Moves 2025 Christmas Concert Back to Camp Kigali

Chorale de Kigali has announced that its flagship “Christmas Carols Concert” for 2025 will return to Camp Kigali, two years after the event was moved to BK Arena to accommodate a larger audience.

The concert is scheduled for December 21, 2025, and will take place at Camp Kigali instead of BK Arena, where many had become accustomed to seeing it hosted in recent editions.

Speaking to IGIHE, event coordinator Muyoboke Alex explained that the change was prompted by the unavailability of BK Arena on the preferred concert dates.

He said, “As you know, Chorale de Kigali holds the well-known ‘Christmas Carols Concert’ every year. We wanted to keep it in BK Arena this year as well, but when we approached them, we were informed that the venue was not available on the dates we requested. That is why we found ourselves returning to Camp Kigali.”

When the choir initially moved the concert to BK Arena, its management had stated that they wanted to use a larger venue that could accommodate more of their supporters.
