Rwandan artist Alyn Sano has engaged in professional discussions with The Renaissance Orchestra and international musician J Black while attending the NAMM Show 2026 in the United States.
The meetings took place in Anaheim, California, where the NAMM Show—one of the world’s leading global music industry events—brings together artists, producers, and music professionals from different regions.
According to information from the event, Alyn Sano used her participation to go beyond exhibition attendance by holding structured conversations focused on potential cross-border music collaborations and creative exchange.
The Renaissance Orchestra is internationally recognized for blending classical orchestral music with modern genres such as pop, soul, and jazz, while J Black is known for his work in global music production and artist development. Discussions explored possible joint projects, although no official collaboration has yet been announced.
Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Alyn Sano said her presence aimed to represent Rwanda on an international stage while opening pathways for future artistic cooperation.
As the NAMM Show 2026 continues, Alyn Sano is expected to hold additional meetings with international stakeholders before returning to Rwanda.
