Jacob Zuma's foundation has dismissed the idea that the ANC has the power to expel him.

The ANC disciplinary committee confirmed Zuma's expulsion, which originally happened in July.

He was removed for allegedly damaging the ANC’s reputation after leading the MK Party in opposition to the organization. Zuma, a member of the ANC for more than 60 years, is now consulting his legal team about what to do next.
