Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has been suspended for two matches after his reported comments toward referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero during their 1-1 draw against Osasuna on Saturday.

Bellingham received a straight red card in the first half of the LaLiga match.

In his report, referee Montero claimed that Bellingham said "f*ck you" to him. However, Bellingham has denied insulting the referee.

Despite his denial, the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has decided to ban the 21-year-old for two games.

This means Bellingham will miss Real Madrid’s important upcoming matches against Girona and Real Betis.

However, Real Madrid plans to appeal the suspension, arguing that the red card was too harsh. The club insists that while Bellingham’s reaction was passionate, it did not deserve such a severe punishment.
