Liverpool Supporters Deeply Troubled by Salah's 'Dismal' Performance

Mohamed Salah's early penalty briefly hinted at a revival for Liverpool, but his subsequent lackluster performance contributed to the team's 3-1 aggregate defeat and elimination. The 31-year-old forward was substituted by manager Jurgen Klopp in the 66th minute for striker Darwin Nunez.

According to Sofascore statistics, Salah completed just 69% of his 29 pass attempts and squandered a significant opportunity in the first half with an off-target lob. He lost possession 11 times and managed only two dribble attempts, successfully completing one.

Despite recording 23 goals and 13 assists in 37 appearances across all competitions this season, Salah has shown signs of struggle since returning from a hamstring injury last month. In related developments, a Liverpool star has reportedly instructed his agent to seek a new club as his departure appears imminent.
