This unexpected visit, occurring from June 12th to 15th, 2024, underscores Rwanda's growing concerns over its military readiness, The DRC's Armed Forces (FARDC) have reportedly bolstered their air capabilities with Sukhoi-25 fighter jets and CH-4 strike drones, raising concerns in Kigali about a potential offensive.
