Select Immigration / passport application services and choose the correct application type (new, replacement, lost, or mutilated) and passport series.
Fill the online form carefully so names, dates, and ID numbers match your birth certificate and national ID.
Upload clear scans of the documents required for your category.
Generate the official invoice and pay the prescribed fee on eCitizen.
