Vinka is a Ugandan Afropop and dancehall singer born Veronica Nakiyingi Luggya. A former dancer and artist manager, she broke through with “Malaika” and became known for “Chips Na Ketchup,” “Bebe” and “Bailando,” combining energetic vocals, fashion and choreography.
