Paul Pogba has recently addressed rumors about his potential next club as he nears an exit from Juventus. The French midfielder, currently under contract with the Serie A club, is expected to leave following a reduced suspension for testing positive for testosterone. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) recently lowered his ban to 18 months, and negotiations are ongoing regarding the termination of his Juventus contract.

Pogba has been linked with a number of European clubs, including French Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille. When asked about the possibility of joining Marseille, Pogba didn’t rule out the move entirely, offering a lighthearted response.

“Marseille? I laugh because Uncle Pat said that as a joke, you know what he’s like! But I’m still under contract, so nothing is certain,”

Pogba told L’Equipe.

“However, we never know what the future holds—why not play in Ligue 1?”

Pogba will be eligible to return to football in 2025, leaving his future club destination still up in the air.
