Minister Balaam Ateenyi has praised General Muhoozi Kainerugaba for rejoining X, calling it an important event for Africa and the world.

General Muhoozi, who is the son of President Yoweri Museveni, had announced his decision to leave X a few days ago to focus on his military duties. However, his quick return has caught people’s attention.

As soon as he was back, Muhoozi made a bold statement, saying he planned to "shake up this world." His comeback sparked discussions online. The BBC reported on his sudden return, which happened less than a week after he left.

In response, Minister Balaam welcomed Muhoozi’s presence on the platform, dismissing any negative opinions about his return.

“The world is a better place with General Muhoozi Kainerugaba. He is a champion of peace in the Great Lakes region and Africa,” Balaam said.

He also praised Muhoozi’s role in promoting peace and stability, calling him the most admired general in Africa. According to Balaam, Muhoozi’s influence goes beyond social media.

“His dedication to peace and stability cannot be questioned. As a leader, he continues to bring positive change in Africa and beyond,” the minister added.

Supporters of Muhoozi have welcomed his return to X, seeing him as a strong voice for regional cooperation and development
