MC Kats Calls Out Sheilah Gashumba Over Her Indecent Lifestyle

Popular Ugandan TV presenter Edwin Katamba, also known as MC Kats, has openly challenged Sheilah Carol Gashumba to tell the public what she really does for a living. He made these comments during a TikTok live session with Senga Acid.

This came after Sheilah recently said that MC Kats should stop presenting on TV and instead focus on hosting his own show. In response, MC Kats asked her to clearly state her official job to the public.

Kats expressed disappointment in Sheilah, saying she is not a good example to young people. He believes she is leading the Gen Z generation in the wrong direction with the flashy lifestyle she shows online.

He strongly criticized her for encouraging girls to believe that spending time in bars and dating rich men is a good way to succeed in life. He said this way of thinking is harming society.

“What hurts me is how many girls follow Sheilah and believe they can live like her,” he said. “They think life works that way because of the fake stories she tells.”

MC Kats went on to compare this generation of influencers with older public figures like Zari, Judith Heard, and Bad Black, who had known sources of income. He said today’s celebrities are feeding the youth false dreams without showing where their money comes from.

In the past, Sheilah Gashumba said she left TV because of poor pay, and claimed that many presenters are broke and borrow clothes to look good on camera.
