Latinum accuses Ray G of blocking upcoming artists in Western Uganda, claiming his influence has led some to depression.
Latinum and Ray G

Ray G is one of the most popular musicians from Western Uganda and has built a strong name in the music industry. However, he has faced criticism, especially from fellow artists in the region.

Recently, Latinum, a fellow musician, accused Ray G of preventing upcoming artists from growing. While speaking in an interview with a local TV station, Latinum claimed that Ray G, along with some media personalities, has been using their influence to suppress new talent in Western Uganda.

"Ray G is a good artist. He already made money, but he is fighting upcoming artists in Mbarara, and many have gone into depression because of the trauma put about by Ray G and his group," he explained.

According to Latinum, many young musicians from the region have been affected, with some even falling into depression. He believes that Western Uganda has a lot of musical talent and that, with proper investment, the artists from the region can become serious competitors in the industry.
