Gen. Muhoozi elevates Brig. Gen. Felix Kulayigye to Acting Major General

Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye has been promoted to Acting Major General by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is the Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations.

Gen Kulayigye, who serves as the Director of Defence Public Information, was promoted because of his dedication and excellent service in the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF). His ability to represent the UPDF well in public affairs also played a key role in his promotion.

The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs, along with the entire UPDF, congratulated him on this achievement. They described his promotion as well-earned and a major step in his career.
