At XTRAfrica, we aim to deliver quality and satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Eligibility:


You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized products are non-returnable

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

 

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are not refundable
