Nigerian actress and fitness advocate, Kate Henshaw, has vehemently dismissed allegations that she accepted a bribe from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to remove her critical posts about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu, from her social media platforms. The accusations surfaced after a user on social media platform X, identified as @Caulcrick, claimed that the APC had secured Henshaw's allegiance, leading to the removal of her disparaging comments about the political figures.

In a firm response on Sunday, March 31, Henshaw, who is mourning the recent loss of her mother, took to social media to address the claims. She shared a screenshot of the report in question and vehemently denounced the user and the blogger who circulated the rumor.

Henshaw stated that her period of silence on the matter was due to personal reasons and challenged the accuser to provide concrete evidence to support their claims by posting it online. Her forceful rebuttal underlines her commitment to transparency and her refusal to be silenced by baseless accusations.
